I had a bit of a problem with my phone so I went to O2, in teesside park. I was greeted by Alicia. She was alot of help and was lovely. Also Keelan was a great help aswell. They both had a lot of knowledge and knew what they were doing.

Fantastic service today with my long overdue mobile upgrade.Raheem approached to assist immediately. I was put on the waiting list which took 45 minutes at a peak busy time of the day. When it was my turn the phone I wanted was in stock in 3 colourways. I asked for my documents and photos ,sim card to be transferred whilst I attended my holiday jabs appointment at Boots. No bother, both phones were put in the office as the data was copied over. All done when I came to collect and handed over with a smile. Wont hesitate to return when my contract ends. Keep up the great work as customers like me need the assistance 5stars ? ? ? ? ?

Had a bad experience on line and in store over last 24 hours.
Went into store today and we were fortunate enough to be served by J Huss.
He was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable.
He solved all our issues and my granddaughter at last hot her phone upgrade.
I was so impressed with the service I asked his advice on upgrading mine.
He was so helpful I upgraded mine too.
If I ever go back will be sure to go in on a day He is working.
Thank you J Huss. Great customer service.

Visited the store today to see about getting a phone upgrade. I was fortunate enough to be helped by J who was amazing in making sure I got the best deal possible and talked us through and broke down everything for our understanding, ensuring everything was fully understood and agreed before proceeding. Great customer service and fantastic knowledge. Very glad to have went in today ?

Visited this store to have some assistance on a problem I was having with my phone but also to question what my options were with a new contact. I was assured and assisted by Jay, he was so helpful and understood my needs but additionally my humour and my partners and is a delight to be around.
Would come back to this store just for him alone every-time. What a bloke, very knowledgeable and made sure I understood every step of the transaction

Disgusted with the attitude of the staff and were left waiting over 50mins.We were told we only had one person infront of us and would only wait 30mins.Im a disabled later who cannot stand for long so i had to leave the shop in pain.
Totally disgusted with the customer service.

I was in the store last week with a problem with my fone. I was looked after by Raheem who was amazing. So helpfull and patient with me as I am not technically minded at all. I was in store about 2 hours and he was so friendly and helpful Ihe deserved a review. Thanks Raheem I really appreciate your time and patience.

I recently visited the Teesside Park O2 store for help with an issue?my phone wasn?t getting service unless I was connected to WiFi. I was fortunate to be served by Junaid Hussain, who quickly (and kindly, without a hint of judgement!) discovered the problem: I had mobile data turned off. Problem solved!
What truly stood out, though, was the outstanding service that followed. Junaid was an absolute pleasure to talk to?knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely personable. Our conversation led to me exploring new phone options, and Junaid expertly guided me through the pros and cons of Samsung vs Apple, staying completely neutral and allowing me to make an informed decision at my own pace.
He helped me secure the best deal possible, factoring in my Blue Light Card discount and even additional data through a Virgin broadband promotion. Junaid also reassured me that he?d assist with everything from transferring all my data to keeping my existing number, making the upgrade seamless and stress-free.
When my new phone (an iPhone 16 Pro, upgrading from an S23 Ultra) arrived in-store, Junaid was once again on hand with his exceptional service, signature humour, and warm smile. On both visits, he managed to serve multiple customers with ease, never compromising on friendliness or attention to detail. Truly nothing was too much trouble for him.
Junaid?s customer service is a real asset to O2, and he?s a big part of why I?d happily return and recommend the store to others?by name.
I also want to mention Keelan, another staff member whose service with a smile stood out during my visits.

I went into the shop on Tuesday about 5.30 to sort out my new phone and transfer numbers etc?.. they were very very busy but I was really impressed how the dealt with everyone so patiently and politely. The young lady who dealt with my issues was very efficient and knowledgeable as was her male colleague?. I think her name was Alicia ? Anyway just wanted to let O2 know how good their customer service was that evening. Thank you very much.

Absolutely wild experience in this store today. I?m honestly appalled at the interaction I had. I walked in because I had broadband with 3 and my phone contract with EE and unfortunately both networks were down so I was enquiring about a PAYG sim to tide me over in the meantime. The sales advisor literally heard me say I have contracts with 2 competitors of yours and he could not have cared less. He shrugged, checked his tablet and said it would be an hour wait before he could answer a basic question for me (which for the record was, can you tell me if the signal is ok in X postcode). An hour wait for that with an empty shop, no other customers. So clear they obviously aren?t heavily targeted on pay as you go. This is a person who?s job it is is ?sales? and I was stood telling them that my two existing contracts with competitors weren?t working. I don?t know what I would have had to say for them to care 1% or even attempt to sell me something. Won?t ever return

Customer Service on phone were very unhelpful so went to store and Junaid helped resolve my issue. I am very grateful to Junaid for taking the time to explain everything to me and being so very helpful. Junaid is a credit to the company.

I had to go into the shop today because I had gotten a new SIM card delivered and it wouldn't work. My phone was on emergency calls only which was no good to me. A staff member named Emma dealt with my problem and literally tried everything to get my phone working. This involved her being on the phone a lot whilst sitting with me and struggling with how to fix it. I applaud the lady as she would not give up even after the many problems she encountered. Her excellent commitment to her job and determination to solve the problem paid off and I left the shop with my phone working perfectly. Well done Emma and thank you.

I came in today at 3.20pm on Saturday the 15th of Feb. I waited in the till behind the customers getting served before the bigger buy with a beard who sounded quite camp spoke to me in a very rude manner. We didn?t interrupt nor did we jump the queue, we waited patiently to be spoken down to by this man. I?m appalled by this level of customer service.
