AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS !!!!!Absolutely appalling service received in the Teeside Park store today.I purchased some air buds in December as a gift and when they were opened there was only a charger and leaflets inside of the box. I rang the store and explained the situation and a colleague (I don?t know his name at the time but this later turned out to be Sam) went and checked that they had the item in stock & said if I called back into store with my receipt then they would swap the item and give me a new product. I called into the store the same night to be confronted by Juniad who said he would go and speak to a manager and come back to me. He left me waiting for approx 15 minutes then came back to tell me that I as they couldn?t find the air buds in store I would need to email off to the complaints dept to ask them for a replacement product as nobody in the store had the authority to deal with it. I explained that as a customer I shouldn?t have to email the complaints team regarding an issue that I purchased in their store !!!Sam then came over and explained that he was the colleague who had spoken to me on the phone and he denied saying that he would replace the product he then added insult to injury by saying I can send the email for you (which I am more than capable of sending an email) the point he was missing was that as a customer I shouldn?t have to email the complaints from about a product they have sold me in store that was completely empty !! Sam & Juniad both said that no Managers were available and they didn?t know when test would be as they didn?t have a schedule for them (which I find very hard to believe !!)This is infringing on my consumer rights and is not the service I expect to receive from O2. The matter will be dealt with accordingly??. and I strongly suggest that the team have a massive overhaul on their customer service training and complaints policy !!!Absolutely shocking !!!

We were in this shop today got served by a tall blonde haired lady would just like to say how polite and friendly she was think she was called Emma it was a pleasure to be served by her she is an asset to your company

Went there twice in 7 days to get a sim card activated with my PAK code ..First card lasted 2 days second was never activated after 4 days..02 customer service sorted the problem...Never again waste of time and petrol...

I visited the store today with a query about increasing the storage amount on my phone. The two members of staff I dealt with were so helpful and knowledgeable and dealt with my query brilliantly. Thank you so much. There is a lot to be said about dealing with people face to face and that is why I chose o2.

I've been in twice in the last 4 days. All issues have been sorted virtually on the spot. The staff are polite, friendly & very helpful & really know their stuff.

O2 out of 5The staff are friendly, but they have this ridiculous virtual queuing system in place, and it?s not very well organised. I went in once, and the shop was empty, not a customer in sight, and because there were people ahead of me on the virtual queue, they wouldn?t serve me. I entered the queue, and sat outside for 25 minutes?nobody walked in?I received a phone call and they said that they wouldn?t be able to see me today because it was too close to closing time. In the time I sat outside, I could have been seen. My advice to the shop is ditch the ridiculous virtual queue and adopt a first come, first served system.

I would absolutely give 10/10 stars if possible. My friend had an issue regarding their mobile phone contract which was bought from a third party and the service at this o2 was IMPECCABLE! Jay, the guy who served us was so accommodating and lovely. He even offered to stay longer after his shift ended to help us out! He was absolutely amazing as both a person and a staff member. If I needed personal assistance from o2 I would definitely go here.

Today, I went to this o2 shop at around 7:20 pm, and the shop was due to close at 8:00 pm. I asked a lady if I could buy a phone, but she told me that she had just logged out, and a guy was serving another lady customer. The customer advisor lady asked me to wait until the guy had finished serving the other customer, and I agreed to wait. However, I waited for an additional 20 minutes. After that time, a young man named Jay came in and asked the guy who was serving the other customer if he could help me. The guy said no.This was my experience: my phone was broken, and I was looking for a new phone. I am also a customer of O2 and use their SIM-only contract. I am working from home, and I finished my job by 7:00 pm. I explained my situation to the staff, but they did not want to serve me. Three people were serving just one lady customer.I urge you, dear readers, not to go to this shop after 7:00 pm or to go to another shop altogether. You won't get what you need here. I will tell the next 100 people not to go to this shop because of this experience.

Visited today to get an eSim pack. Raheem could not have been more helpful. Not only did he get me the pack but installed it on my phone. Explained each step as he was working, must have have the patience of a saint as I have difficulty in hearing.
