Staff brilliant, but company policy terrible.Didn't service the new car. Problems arose first day, still wouldn't service.Turned out car had been covered in dirt, got inside every filter.Ford dragged heels to repair (motorpoint needs to address) so the car was returned. No quibble about that but the inconvenience of 30 days without a car is frustrating and unnecessary if car had been properly serviced

Aftercare is not there request 4 times for invoice work done for a service still received nothing don't think I would recommend motorpoint to anyone and would advise avoid motorpoint

My experience at Motorpoint Stockton was fantastic. Selling my car was a breeze ? the process was remarkably easy, simple, and straightforward. The staff were not only helpful but went the extra mile to assist me. I can?t recommend them enough for their top-notch service.

The Customer Service at the Stockton branch of Motorpoint was excellent. From the minute my wife and I we arrived, all staff were very attentive and friendly, without being pushy in the slightest. Avess was our staff contact for the day - the whole process of discussing the car we had gone to see, sorting out a the test drive and then purchasing the car was very smooth. Everything was explained clearly and he took the time to listen to our questions. Amazing that we could actually get everything sorted out, with the help from Avess and then on the same day drive our new car away - brilliant :-)

Fantastic experience from the moment we entered the showroom.We were initially greeted by Dani who suggested some cars that I might be interested in (as I literally had no idea) and could not do enough to help me. When we found some cars that I wanted to look inside, we were assisted by David who again, couldn?t have been more helpful with my big list of cars!We were temporarily handed over to the Manager whilst David was with another customer and again I can?t fault the service we received from him, he arranged 2 test drives for me, and it was such an easy process without any pressure to buy that day.David was fantastic through the whole process, having never bought a car before, he explained everything thoroughly to me and I didn?t ever feel rushed or pressured into buying that day, or from them.As it happens, I did buy the car that day and collected the next day, on collection everything was ready for me to just pick up the car.5* service, I cannot recommend David and this garage enough.

Brilliant service for my first car bought through a dealership, was extremely thrilled for me also, everything was so easy and quick and I drove off within 15 minutes of arriving, also free coffee,water and juice whilst you wait ????????????

Every positive word possible for service and efficiency in purchasing a vehicle. Cannot recommend highly enough and Dani and Owen were superb. Hands down the best service I have experienced in a while.

Good set of boys and girls everyone very helpful. Thank you all.The only reason I?ve not left 5stars is because of the very very very poor quality of the car mats. I wouldn?t let my dog lay on them.I would not recommend to buy the car mats.
