Great service from Joe at the drive thru today ?? Had problems with the app not loading on arriving. He was more than happy to assist and find a solution. Food was excellent and warm on cold night. Thanks Joe ? ? 5 stars ??????????

After weaving around 30 Uber cars to find a parking space, I was greeted by a broken ordering machine, no receipt printer so had no idea what order number. I waded through a sea of Uber drivers who appeared to be given a resentful priority by staff, I waited 10 minutes for someone to actually acknowledge my presence and give me my order number. I sat down on the ripped seats and my daughter's order was wrong, I took it back and got it replaced. It was wrong again, by this point I just couldn't be bothered. Everything is broken in this place including the staffs spirits.

Food typical Maccies but totally ruined by the state of the toilets. Excrement in the basin, on the seat and on the floor. Absolutely disgusting.

I went there with my friend for a change and the restaurant was so dirty the floor looked it hadn't been cleaned in days. There was teenagers running around the restaurant and some with the feet on the chairs and tables. We ordered out food and took 25 min to come. I found the service disgusting. I do believe you take on very young people without any customer service skills because it's cheap labour for yourselves but please put some training in place. The managers who where older did not care what was going on. If environmental health should come they would have closed the place down. The franchise is sitting back counting the money but god help when someone gets injured or food poisoning in there. Something needs to happen fast. The macdonalds in teeside park is alot cleaner and got trained staff. Everyone drive abit more and go there it's worth it.

Waited ages for food which was cold so requested new ones to be given chips with hair in it. Staff look so unhappy, no music it was a horrid trip.

The food from here is always rotten and cold. It takes absolutely ages the staff are so slow. The food is just thrown the bags and goes everywhere. The coke and sprite is always flat. They clearly don?t care about their customers lol.

Avoid this crappy maccies branch like the plague. Went through hell trying to get them to correct and redeliver my botched order, after which they still didnt, just passed me on to various phone lines

Ordered a bacon and sausage roll, actually got bacon, sausage, egg, cheese. Person it was for is allergic to egg. Coke was flat, no milkshakes for ages

Standard McDonald's restaurant, staff were really busy in this one, losts of customers, small car park so people just went to the drive thru. This then seemed to take priority with the serving staff leaving the restaurant customers waiting for a longer time for their food.
My advice would be to pick a quieter time slot if that is an option for you.
