I've been a customer with that branch since 1995 I went in today to change £20 for a bag of £1 coins and later on in the day I noticed one was an old one it must have put in deliberately, I know it's just £1 but what if I needed coins to pay for parking for example, A bank shouldn't do it.

Staff are nice but nothing works. Computers always down. Very very poor service because of this. Head office should be ashamed allowing the branch to suffer like this.

Even though they say they're open until 5pm they close at 4:30 and refuse to take responsibility for their misleading hours. Ducked out of work 10 minutes early in the hopes to deposit a cheque, but ended up wasting my time.

The first time I came into Lloyds I was told I could not change the old pound coins or notes because I didn't have an account with them. Next day I tried to open an account, being from Australia I had my passport, BRP Card and I had a bank statement from Australia with my UK address on it with the bank signing and stamping the statement as well.The guy serving me said "This still isn't enough identification to prove who you are", Really...... Then he asked me "So do you have a gas bill, UK Tax Bill, anything with your UK Address on it?" and I said "Remember I only got in to the UK 4 days ago", he then said "Well if you can get a council tax bill or gas bill with your name on it then we can do something, I'm sorry".Well I'm sorry Lloyds, I really wanted to bank with you but your silly rules meant I couldn't put all my money with you.

"Lloyds Bank, by your side" unless you don't have a council tax bill. Otherwise in that case, we are not by your side.
