Found them very helpful in every way i had problem with with company they took £495 on the 27.jun 2025 and another £119.on the 19 of jun which i new nothing about and this for a company that got rid of viruses of phone and laptop ,which i new nothing about , when i went to the bank they took me to room and dialled a number for then left me and the person i spoke was very helpful in every way even help me with my phone calls in the ended it was sorted and saying i had refund .and was over the moon in the past i also had a problem with Direct Save Telecom and also they got me refund of £75 from this company they also help me set up a mobile account my phone and every time i visit them fond them second to none they are very helpful in every way and over the moon i have an account with them and should be more than 5 stars more like a sky full of stars for the kind help they have given me and my family

I've been a customer with that branch since 1995 I went in today to change £20 for a bag of £1 coins and later on in the day I noticed one was an old one it must have put in deliberately, I know it's just £1 but what if I needed coins to pay for parking for example, A bank shouldn't do it.

Staff are nice but nothing works. Computers always down. Very very poor service because of this. Head office should be ashamed allowing the branch to suffer like this.
