Called the day before and booked to have a tyre done and which one would be fitted.Arrived in the morning on time was told it won't be long as would be getting done as soon as the car in front was finished so said would go get a coffee and pop back for it. More than an hour later Called back to the centre expecting car to be ready only to find it had not been started and didn't even know the tyre I was wanting to be fitted to the car so as a result ended up missing an appointment we had elsewhere and have now had to reschedule it.
