Wish I could give 0 stars. Leave parts off cars, don't fix issues. Wouldn't touch this place with a barge pole - typical Kwik Fit crap but forced to use it for tyres through fleet hire so thought they might be able to actually repair a car. Now taking it elsewhere.

The worst experience of my life. I booked my car for an oil change and was told it would take a maximum of 1 hour and 30 minutes, 5 days later I dropped off my car at the scheduled time and the guy at the front desk said he would call me back when it was ready. I came back after 2 hours and 30 minutes and noticed that the car had not been repaired. Not even an apology was given. A simple question if I wanted to reschedule. This service doesn't even deserve a star in the review
