Standard KFC experience, restaurant wasnt to busy, using touchscreens to order.Food was delivered quickly and freshly cooked.Tables were clean and toilet were also clean.Overall not a bad stop for a highway services.

Like another review says I also haven't used KFC for a few years because they were constantly getting my order wrong. Thought I'd give it another try and of course the simpleton's they employ got my order wrong. I've been using the same Chinese takeaway for 17 years, every order form this Chinese has been correct. This is because they use the tried and tested method of DOUBLE CHECKING. I'd explain this method to the bona fide village idiot's employed by KFC, but fear it would be too complicated a process for them to grasp.

Unbelievable. Its been about a year since I have last went and they got our order wrong then. Gone tonight and they have done the exact same! ???? £20 for 2 box meals now and I don't think they would both fill 1 person. Never again.

Food was great. Service a little slow considering I was the only customer but server was polite and friendly.

The staff were more focused on chatting than helping. Missed the order screen but drive thru was empty, instead of just taking my order there they told me to go back round and before I could even reply closed the window. Just went to Mcdonalds instead.

I believe KFC is not providing adequate staff numbers effects there ability to be more equipped, effective and efficient.

We always go here,but went today just after school run about 3:40 so it was quiet only us and one other family,so they were not busy but no body was there to serve you,was left waiting over 5 minutes for somebody to even come out,when,they did I asked one off about 5 off them is anybody serving or going to take my order,the staff just ignored me and walked off and his colleagues all seen that we were asking and had been waiting a while,we also asked two colleagues that were sat having a chat in the sitting area if anybody was serving, all they done was shrugged their shoulders,so we had enoigh and just left,I have never been treated and ignored the way they did today in my life,absolutely ignorant and arrogant service,would never go here again.

Spent £33 pound on two meals, four chicken legs, two mini fillet burgers and two extra drinks. The burgers from the meals must have been flung in the bag because the tops of the buns were outside of the box and everything was just scattered in the bag. Took this back to the counter, which they offered to replace and could see the staff laughing in the kitchen, so make of that what you will. Always use this kfc but not no more.
