Was passed two large drinks without a cup holder asked for one and spilt lemonade all over my seat trying to put them in holder. didn?t receive the extra wings I paid for. Had to park up and wait for my order. Food was cold when I returned home. Poor.

After making our order to be collected at the counter I stood at the counter to wait for our food. At that time there was only two order numbers displayed on the screen. I watched the order being put together including one drink and a Krushem. After 15 minutes the food was still sat on the counter waiting for the order to be completed. Eventually our order number disappeared off the ?ready to collect? screen, at this point I asked what was happening with the order. I was asked if I would have mini fillets instead of a three piece for one of the meals, to which I agreed.
The fillets were put on the tray and served along with the rest of the food which by now had been sat in the open air for over 15 mins. The fries, burger and gravy were stone cold and the Krusham had melted. My wife wanted to send it back but unfortunately we didn?t have the time so ate up and left.
You only get one chance to make a first impression and this wasn?t a good one.

Service, in my opinion, was awful. Young girl was rude when asked if i could order at till. Wouldn't recommend eating there. The food was ok, but the service was dire.

Visited early evening 6ish on our way home from thr great north. Ordered a mini fillet bucket with extra chicken, chios, corn and hot drinks. Waited a long time but thought at least it's fresh.. they forgot thr corn and when I asked they just passed them over saying nothing .
The chicken was underdone the batter slid off. When I got in the car I lifted my bag (not bucket) of chicken out thr brown bag and thr bottom just fell through so I ended up with it all over my car, batter slid everywhere and chicken and grease all over.
The fries were almost cold and soggy, and the hot chocolate was like dish water . I'd seen the guy topping up the machine but it obviously didn't work :/
Gutted as we were really looking forward to it!

DISGUSTING! Attempted to order food here today and the self service Kiosk where in use and a queue for them had formed so I went to order at the service desk. After a few dirty looks from staff and several minutes of being ignored I was asked "are you waiting to order?" I was then told that staff "Aren't allowed to take orders at the till, only payment" the women directed me to the kiosks which again where use and now I was even shorter for the small amount of break time I had. Absolute waste of time and resources! I refused to order and left the premises, I won't be returning either. If that quote of "We aren't allowed to order at the till only accept payment" is true management needs to rethink their strategy and training. What a shambles!

So rude i wanted gravy but they wouldnt give me it never again will i be visiting we also went in paid for the sit in price and then i was asked to leave and hadnt even finished my food. Tesco meal deals is what I?ll be getting from now on.
