Was passed two large drinks without a cup holder asked for one and spilt lemonade all over my seat trying to put them in holder. didn’t receive the extra wings I paid for. Had to park up and wait for my order. Food was cold when I returned home. Poor.

After making our order to be collected at the counter I stood at the counter to wait for our food. At that time there was only two order numbers displayed on the screen. I watched the order being put together including one drink and a Krushem. After 15 minutes the food was still sat on the counter waiting for the order... read full comment
