Ordered a delivery. Driver delivered to another location first. Upon delivery, the food was ice cold. Received a pineapple stick, and it had leaked over other items. Drinks items were also incorrect. Kfc offered £10 voucher, but the order valuation was £40.

Tried to dine in at stocton today, wanted to ask a question before we ordered waited at the counter for about 5mins were there was signs says order at the machine or we are here to help. Well I don't know we're the help was as the staff were not interested.. sometimes a machine can't answer a question! I don't think I will be visiting again. Very unhappy

If i could give 0 stars i would, the restaurant at Wellington Street stockton-on-tees honestly wants shutting down. Every time we use the drive through they forget the chips this hasnt happened just once but every time they get the order incorrect. I am starting to think they do it on purpose as most people will drive off without properly checking. Will never use the branch again.

Good food and a fairly clean seating area. Its kfc not 5 star dinning you cant get much better then this

KFC in general gone downhill. Doesn't taste the same anymore. Serves way quicker than Maccies though

Absolute shocking, went inside to order by cash at counter (customer service is Absolute lazy, Asked if I was waiting to order, when I?m clearly at counter waiting, then told me to order through machine, I explained I?ve got cash so I?m going to be ordering by counter after the machine anyways??, wouldn?t get served at tills Absolutely Terrible, ( I was the only one in shop/ no ques - etc)

I come here regulary and never have an issue. I do want to say having been here today I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. However I could see the staff were very busy and seemed stressed, two staff apologised for my wait but I told them not to worry.
As someone who works in retail I understand how stressful it can be when it's busy. And a little patience and understanding from customers goes a long way.
