Ordered a delivery. Driver delivered to another location first. Upon delivery, the food was ice cold. Received a pineapple stick, and it had leaked over other items. Drinks items were also incorrect. Kfc offered £10 voucher, but the order valuation was £40.

Tried to dine in at stocton today, wanted to ask a question before we ordered waited at the counter for about 5mins were there was signs says order at the machine or we are here to help. If i could give 0 stars i would, the restaurant at Wellington Street stockton-on-tees honestly wants shutting down. Every time we use the drive through they forget the chips this hasnt happened just once but every time they get the order incorrect. I am starting to think they do it on purpose as most people will drive off... read full comment
