Ordered 10 pieces chicken bucket £18.99 from drive thru. The chicken turn out black, greasy and messy. Straight to the bins. Very disappointed ?.

Half order was again wrong or missing even after asking if stuff was there. Fair enough I should of emptied meals out on counter and checked. Don't even know why I still use KFC I now think it's part of their policy to stiff customers so staff can earn more. If the staff are that depressed they should find another job

I almost always order a boneless banquet, and up until recently it was £7-8 ish. Today I ordered it from KFC Teesside Park for about £10 (with inflation and all that, it's pricy). First thing I noticed was EVERYTHING was smaller. So I paid more for less, shocking. The chip packet was tiny and half full, the drink was small, the popcorn chicken box looked tiny too, but most appalling was the size of the chicken fillets that came to me luke warm. They were literally so small I thought I'd been given a kids meal but it turns out the fillets that used to be in the boneless banquet have now been replaced with 'mini' fillets. I went back to the counter when I opened my meal and asked if there had been a mistake. This is NO banquet but felt like I'd been scammed. SAVE YOUR MONEY and spend it elsewhere as the price has skyrocketed and portion size shrunk. Not cool at all. AVOID I've attached photos from the poster and compared to my meal. They should describe it as a boneless kids meal as it feels like false advertising.

Legit decent halal KFC experience. Had the zinger tower burger meal and it exceeded all my expectations. Crispy, fresh chicken that hit the spot. Well done because I'm a fussy customer!

I really need to share this, a lovely worker walked and sat with me while I waited for an uber as there were 4 men waiting behind the wall outside and staring at me. As soon as she walked me out they moved away from their postions and got in a car. They were out there for a good 10mins all stood crowding the door. I never got the workers name but I want to thank them. It was about 10.30 at night I just finished work across the road and wanted some food. It terrified me how these men acted I'm quite young and was on my own and what the worker did could of saved me life. This happened 13/08/2024 at 10.30pm. Again a big thank you to the worker.
