Walked into the Stockton shop on Saturday about 30 minutes before closing and we were greeted with a smile by Matt, who could tell we looked confused and needed some help and support from a professional. Matt spent time showing us around the show room and helped with colours and styles and generally made what we thought would be a stressful visit, straightforward and effortless.It?s really daunting (when you?re not a bathroom expert) to know what you?re looking for and what would work well in your own home. To be greeted on a Saturday morning before closing and helped the way we were was probably the best service we?ve had in a long time. Walked out knowing exactly what we wanted and was all ordered and sorted in 30 minutes.Would highly recommend JT Dove and in particular Matt. Outstanding service!

Excellent customer service is not good enough to rate the service I derived from Joe, Matthew and Wendy.I would like to thank you all for being so helpful, easy going and patient with me from the time I ordered brochures, providing me quotations with pictures, returning all my calls, replying to my emails and queries. You all deserve the best words of recommendations from me. I am a very satisfied customer. Great choice, not charged extra for delivery, very clear on prices. Able to pick a delivery slot that was convienient. Bulk delivery was put in a sensible spot with zero damage to any surrounding area, bearing in mind it was a large quantity. Extremely pleased with the quality of the product. Thoroughly recommend using. Thanks so much.

This review isn't about products... its about service.. My car broke down on the A177 near Tesco, one of your drivers saw me at the road side and pulled over to help, the young man helped make my car safe to drive, so I could get home. it took 3 attempts but we got there in the end... the driver called Darren, he is an absolute legend! What a lovely young man he is, there aren't many people like you about these days.

STAY WELL AWAY!Do not trust these liars. They beat an estimate I got from elsewhere by 19.99 only to send inadequate materials that did not even match. I had to order more panels which added up to an additional £80. I spoke with a Phil who assured me they would refund me for incorrect items but I would incur a £5 charge as I was not present to check goods at the time of delivery. When I received a refund, they had charged £15 and denied what he agreed to previously. Blatant liars!

Staff couldn't have been more helpful if they tried from initial order to return of surplus materials and further delivery and pick up. We will no longer be going to the larger companies who were no help at all with our initial enquiries.
