Daughter had a phone call from them. We called it back and they denied calling her. Suggest they get there phone system sorted as they mentioned they had other people call them saying they had calls from them. Clearly there is an issue so please have it sorted until then don't deny you called people. See image- you DID call at 14:06

Pathetic service, the embroidery was ruined with threads being broken, the stain was still there, looked as if it was hand washed as the embellishments near the stain were gone. Does not even deserve one star review.

Took my front door curtains in for dry cleaning. £45. When I went in I felt like I was very inconveniencing the woman in there, no greeting, just what did I want. When I picked them back up after only a few days turn around the curtains smelt awful, it was a really bad mouldy smell when I took them out the bag. I wish I never took them there. I decided to put them in the machine on a hand-wash setting which worked brilliantly, I should of done that in the first place. Definitely won?t be using them again. ??

The rug doctor from Johnson's has done a fantastic job, it's the best cleaner I've ever used, normally it is back breaking, this was so much easier, and the finished job is brilliant. So pleased.

Brought my canada goose coat here to be cleaned , was very happy with the results and the service by lady called joe who works there witch was very helpful and professional first time goin there and wouldn't go anywere else now . ?
