“Went into the store for a new battery for my watch and greeted by a pleasant member of staff, was asked by staff member about lifetime guarantee on watch battery which when battery needs replacing there would be no charge, wasn't sure about whether I had staff member checked and found I had as I had lost the original receipt a new receipt was given to me for future replacement battery, Excellent service would definitely recommend this jewellers”

“Took twin grandaughters to Stockton branch on Saturday 19th July, to have their ears pierced.
The 2 members of staff who dealt with the girls were AMAZING.
They chatted and joked constantly to the girls ,realising both ,were extremely nervous.
The procedure was carried out in a very hygienic,quick and organised way.
Would highly recommend this store .
