Not a bad little JD sports to shop in!

I am a regular customer of JD but I do not recommend going to JD Stockton now and the main reason for that is a person, he told me that he is the store manager and when I inquired it turned out that he is the manager's replacement, he was not good in dealing and made a mistake in placing the security tag and caused me a problem in addition to my talk with him about where I told him to have a fixed price but he told me and said that I am a manager and I do that and if anyone did that then he is wrong so I told him that the staff you have is better than you because you do not have good customer service, because I am grateful to the girl who was working with him she treated me well to know why and what is the basis for placing such a person as a manager and he walks and says I am the manager I am the manager, it seems that he forgot that his job in this respectable store is to serve people and provide the best service befitting the name of the store and not the manager meaning that he is better than anyone because I have nothing to do with who the manager is I am a customer the important thing is that the service is good addition, he did not send me the account list, knowing that I gave him my email, and until this moment I have not received the email. In the past, the employees at JD asked me to make sure that the email arrived before leaving the store. I am sorry for the presence of such employees. This may be the last time I, my wife and my children visit the store, who were also annoyed by the behavior of the one who calls himself a manager because he speaks very arrogantly to the customers.

I got server by a lovely gentleman named Liam was the most polite gentlemen in the world and his friend Harris is a great looking chap 100% recomend!

Fantastic store and multiple staff such as Harris and Liam helped me plenty of times find exactly what I was looking for, I have no criticism ,except James has a few things to improve on. AND THAT NEW MANAGER, He wouldn?t stop dancing in MY local store, should get rid ! ( only joking, he?s great)

Terrible customer service! 3 staff on the shop floor, 1 on shoes, 1 on the till and 1 stood at the door writing on price reduction cards. This was on a weekend 2 weeks before Christmas. The queue was 3 deep when I joined and I waited at least 10 minutes to get served because only 1 staff member was serving. When I left the queue was about 5 deep and still only 1 person serving. Not good enough. Also they offer NHS/student discount but only online? Makes no sense to offer it online but not in-store.
