Took my BMW as they are supposed to be specialists for a full service the last two years, however I had issues with them and my brakes so took it elsewhere and was informed that a full service has never taken place as it still had the original fuel filter in from day 1 .. still took my 200 quid both times !bunch of cowboys avoid !!
