Paid £9.50 for a diamond wax wash wheel wash supposed to included but left my wheels full of dirt were I will have to do them myself why should I have to pay for a service where I have to finish the job myself? Not happy and do not recommend.

Decided to give the car a treat and paid £14 for the Ultra HD wash. Process was OK and paid for the wash with Apple Pay.
Wash also had a free Greggs? hot drink offer which was never offered to me both via the app or in person.
The results of the wash were terrible. I drove over to Asda for some groceries and had a look at the car.
It looks like a hundred camels have washed the car with their tongue?s as it left streaks everywhere. I contacted IMO via their webpage and didn?t get a response hence now posting this review.
I ended up washing the car myself when I got home with far better results and a hot coffee or two.

The staff are friendly, the car always comes out looking nice and clean, good to have a manned car wash.

First time going through a car wash a few weeks ago, I didn't have a clue what to expect or do for that matter. The lad working there was lovely, he explained how everything would work & what I did & didn't need to do.I was in & out in about 5 minutes & my car was gleaming. I was very happy with the results. I will definitely use this place again.

I have been using this car wash for years. I went to was my car today. There was a guy who I have never seen before washed my car. His attitude was rude and unprofessional. I was helped by his colleague who has been polite and respectful. I am very disappointed by the service provided today.Service: Car waxing
