This was my first time in a casino, and we visited on a Friday night. It was busy but there was plenty of room at the tables and a great atmosphere. I was made to feel entirely welcome by the lovely Jo on Customer Service who showed me around, and I was given a voucher for a free drink and a free £10 roulette bet. I was shown how to play the games, too, which was great as I felt completely out of my depth. I had a great night, and we won on Blackjack, so we were more than impressed. We were well looked after, and the tuna mayo sandwich was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be visiting again soon ?

First ever visit to a land based casino last night, what a delight it was.
Jo on reception was brilliant, so helpful and kind, Jo told us everything my carer and I needed to know.
Callum frequently came over to see if we wanted any beverages, he was also polite, friendly and professional.
The staff on the cashier desk were also brilliant. The staff here really did make me feel welcome and valued.
We are going back in February for our birthdays, so looking forward to a great night out again.
*note to management, the live music was incredibly loud, maybe if the acts could turn it down a decibel or 2?
