“This Iceland compared to some of the others is a bit older and tired looking. You can tell by the layout and how everything looks. They also don't have a self serve checkout either and sometimes only one staff member in there so you be waiting a bit to get through the checkout queue.”

“Visited the cafe for lunch for two. The new self order board was now in use and was straight forward to use. Ordered the tuna jacket potato and large all day breakfast. Tasted lovely and could not fault. Also ordered two lattes which were of decent size. Pleasant roomy cafe with nice decor. Comfy seating is available for those whose bodies don't like the solid chairs. Definitely would visit again soon. Just read through a few other reviews and noticed that you are only allowed a 2 hour parking time. So if like me you do a shop after the cafe make sure you note the time you arrive as getting a fine is not what you expect when eating and shopping.”

“I live almost next door so it's handy, but I actually stopped going in for ages because the dark haired Rachel is rude offensive and should keep her opinion to herself. She has on a few occasions embarrassed me by saying loudly are you drinking ? When I've asked for wine or half bottle of vodka. This has gone on for over a year. So I politely told her I didn't appreciate her comments only last week, tonight I went up to her to be served and she walked out back and left me standing the other assistant was confused and looked perplexed so he asked to serve me instead. Seems like she wants to keep this strange behaviour going on for longer. So I'm going to speak to head office. Everyone else in the shop is outstanding especially Julie Wright and Doreen”

“Great supermarket for most things, but I don't buy fresh fruit from there. It's exactly the same stuff as you get at Lidl but somehow Lidl's fresh fruit last longer.”

“You will find all the products that you want from a local mini supermarket. There are a good range of fresh, bakery and larder staples. The day I went there were some lovely plants for sale on the the trolleys outside.”

“Good little shop. Handy for a few things and can get (almost) anything I need. It's about a 10 minute walk from Stockton High Street with a good bus service.”

“ Although this store is a long way from where I live, I always pop in on the way past from my yoga class. The staff are friendly and helpful and the store has a lovely atmosphere. As a volunteer for Samaritans we have been allowed to raise funds there a couple of times and they kindly donated something for our National Walk raffle. “Hi I have just been on Stockton-on-Tees Alert and got involved in conversation about a disabled driver complaining that he was asked to show his blue badge to a security guard at Sainsbury Whitehouse farm Stockton on Tees. He was sitting in a disabled bay while his able bodied partner went shopping. This is against the rules and although a lot of people are complaining about the attendant I want to say, as a disabled person I praise what he did. No one parked correctly should worry about showing their badge. If you need to reply to any of the complainers the website gov.uk blue badge booklet which he will have got with his badge states it's against the rules to use a disabled bay while the disabled person sits in the car and the able bodied person shops. Please tell the attendant a lot of people praised his actions.”

“Khazina hope I spelt her name right was a star yesterday when I visited. I was struggling with App and couldn't remember password so she helped me get in and use it to get a discount on first shop. Gave me a tip too, take a screenshot of 'code' tto be able to use Rewards App easily in future (it regularly asks for password to open App) and technology is not my asset.
