Simple put the Price match Team investigations are flawed on all levels is an under-statement. When it?s simply a matter of an investigation this Team fails on all levels!To send out a reply like this:I have reviewed your price match request, and I regret to inform you that we are unable to price match the item with the competitor you mentioned. This is because the competitor is not a UK VAT registered business, which is a requirement for our price match policy.When the matching company 100% is #1 A UK registered business #2 A UK registered VAT business is unethical and blatant lies. Simple put if you can?t abide by your own rules don?t claim you do! BE Warned customers don?t trust the Price Match Team answer, one mistake is forgivable but to deny a price match with 3 different companies 3 times with the above generic ?excuse? is unforgivable and incompetent.It just makes you wonder how many customer they have hoodwinked and denied a true price match to?1 star? They don't even deserve that!

Shocking service in Go Outdoors Stockton - almost £900 spent on clothing/outdoor gear in the past 2 months and I bought one pair of Oex gloves which I discovered had more than 4 holes in upon getting back to my home. I called the Go Outdoors store to specify that I did not have the receipt as it was given to my friend due to some of the goods being purchased for him, and they said I could exchange the gloves for a different pair in store despite having the receipt. I went to the store today and they have said the only purchase they have on record against my member card was 2 cans of Monster Energy, when in fact I only bought 1! Absolutely appalling service both over the phone and in person.

Fantastic dog friendly shop with water and treats outside! Lovely helpful staff that also gave head rubs! This shop is massive with plenty of choice of all wearables and equipment, with a little cafe and loos that are easy to find and use. Will be coming back in the future!

Very helpful interested staff. Matthew was top notch in checking out backpacks for me who is planning a six week trail in Spain and needs to try them on. Jason and others were very obliging, for socks and waterproofs. Good store. Mammoth choice of products.

Just bought berghaus 600xl, Good prices, staff go beyond. Was helped by Matt at the stockton branch.As starting out family camping can be expensive found prices here usually are the lowest, staff always helpful most recently Matt who spent time with me and my family trying to work out the best deal even giving some pointers.
