Lovely service but Mother?s Day flowers were bought at 4.45pm Saturday 9th March and apart from the lilies the other flowers were all dead and mushy by Thursday 14th. £40 bouquet. ??

I love Flowerhouse! I have ordered from them several times and every time they have delivered really beautiful arrangements. I'm so happy I found this place as I order flowers a lot and they are always spot on with both delivery and arrangements.

I went for flower House Hartburn for my wedding as I had seen how well they did for my brothers wedding a year earlier.We booked a time and went and visited the shop. The team were friendly and spoke to us about our colours, the styles of flowers and what could work. They then pulled some together from what they had in the shop to demonstrate and they looked great. Gave us a quote and breakdown and we came back with totals a few weeks before the event.I get bad hayfever and they recommended flowers that would be less of an issue although there were no hayfever issues on the day.The team worked with us to sort all flowers, and even the gift sets seperate and delivered all on the day of the wedding and set them out.They looked amazing and survived quite well in the insanely hot weather (27'c) in Darlington, UK.I would highly recommend. Team are friendly and was great to work with.

I reached out to Flowerhouse in December 2022 to help with a funeral spray for my aunt?s funeral. I live in the USA and had to communicate via email. Gill responded in a timely manner with the information I needed. Flowerhouse put together a beautiful spray and I felt very well taken care of, being so far away. I highly recommend this florist.
