Couldn't fault customer service. Michael in the Teesside park store Stockton was unbelievably helpful. After already helping 2 other pensioners who had minor faults with phone. I turned up with a minor fault of a dodgy app that was giving me loads of adverts. Service with a smile and sorted me out within minutes free of charge. I said you must get sick of us pensioners bugging you with minor issues. And he replied "Not at all, call in anytime if there is anything else o can help you with."

Waited 15 minutes and was totally ignored, so left. Obviously do not value customers or they need more staff.

Excellent store at Teesside Park, in particular store assistant called Ben who was extremely helpful, honest and couldn't do enough for us. The customer service exceeds any I have ever experienced in a phone store and this branch is truly a credit to EE. If you have any issues and you're on EE or have a mobile query I would highly recommend a visit here. Switch to EE the deals are fantastic, service is great and the guys over at Teesside Park are unbelievably helpful!
