Customer service is appalling in this store spoke to two members of staff neither were helpful or polite clearly clocking off time. First staff member a male spoke to about curtains and fabrics he didn?t look impressed at all when I asked him a question and was quite rude and quick to get away from me the second was a woman at the till regarding my online order, now I accept I made a mistake with my order but she couldn?t have been any less bothered if she tried and offered no support to me at all, her response was basically a smirk and several shrugs of her shoulders before I just walked away and left no better off.
I think maybe some customer service training is needed

We love walking round here, as do plenty of others. Yes, we also spend money here. The cafe is quite nice, and busy, too.
