My car was serviced and MOTd last year. Granted its an older 16 plate so expected some advisories but it came back with none. The service was quick and I was happy overall. I was given a list of jobs they said need doing before my next MOT. Which you'd think would be classed as advisories..? But apparently not. They were giving me the list and a price to complete the work to save me an expensive bill later on. The total cost of the work was close to £1k . I took my car recently to my trusted mechanic who services our work vehicles with the list of work Vauxhall had given me. Not one of those 'issues' exists. No oil leaks as listed. No loose engine mount. No split shock absorber covers. This is why they weren't added as advisories on my MOT. Because they don't exist. Never again will I trust a vauxhall dealship.

Shocking service. Car went in for a wet belt failure ( if your thinking of buying Vauxhall then I suggest you look into this ) car broke down with 30k on the clock. Vauxhall agreed to ?fix? the problem and cover the cost due to it being such a common problem. Got the car back and it broke down straight away. So in it went again. Got the car back again and guess what?..broke down again. 3rd time it went in and dithering Dave told us it was repaired and they had stuck 200miles on it without a problem. So we picked it up and within 100 yards it broke down again with the same problem. Good old Dave even told us they had hoovered and washed it, another lie. So now it?s off to the Motor ombudsman and the car finance company. 30k on the clock, it?s not road worthy and I can?t trust Vauxhall to repair it.Think very carefully about buying Vauxhall, or any car that has a wet belt fitted. Do your homework on the internet. Problem after problem.

Amazing customer service provided by Philip. I found the car I wanted on the website and it was all done over the phone with everything explained to me. I picked my car up on Saturday, a lovely showroom and friendly service. Philip was happy to go through all the controls with me and I had a test drive. I'm really pleased with my Crossland X, immaculate condition inside and out and lovely to drive. Thank you. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from Drive, Stockton. Happy motoring ? ?

We collected my new car the start of the week and the whole process from start to finish was amazing. A massive thank you to Phillip who was amazing the whole time, coming out on multiple test drives with us, and having the answers to any questions we had about all the cars. I am LOVING the new corsa model and all its features, and would definitely come back to purchase another car in the future! Thank you again for everything Phillip! :)
