He fetched a flatbread trolley and loaded it up for me as the sacks were very heavy. He gave me advice on storing and also to take care not to overload on the side where the seal is. He explained how to pull and steer as well as I’d never used one. After I had paid Louise helped me to get the trolley to the car and load the sacks into the boot. Their help is so appreciated as I have not been in the best of health and I could not have made my purchase without their help. They are a credit to you company.”
