Visited today with my partner and Mukesh was absolutely lovely!! He was polite, helpful and friendly. He also spoke to us about bits of his life relevant to what we bought, which made the whole process smooth and quick. A big thank you to him and I hope he has a lovely 30th anniversary with his wife in October. Thank you again !!!

Rude is the only word for them. Having bought Sony headphones less than a year ago all they wanted to keep repeating was that they had been physically damaged. Boss no use whatsoever. Not quite sure who was running the customer service desk but I truly received no customer service and was rudely laughed at. Having phoned Sony they was an issue with this serial number so it wasn't physical damage it was a design fault as I kept telling them. Frustrating by sheer lack of customer service skills

Microsoft sent me here for a repair on my device under warranty. Greeted with a disgusting bitter attitude by a blonde lady named Fiona. Fitting name for her attitude that day i must say...
Was totally unaware of microsofts repair service for devices under warranty partnered with currys. Asking for proof of purchase from currys over and over again even though its not needed, I didnt purchase it from currys, Microsoft knew this and said its more than fine for me to take my device there anyway as that's where all the repairs go.
How can you work on a repair desk and not know this basic info?
No repair, nothing, left so angry with her attitude and presumptions, id reccomend going to Cleveland retail park currys and avoid fierce Fiona, otherwise you'll just end up even more peed off

Why didn't I learn the last time I went to buy a laptop.
On this occasion I went to purchase a new computer hoping to get some advice on what I needed to run a dual screen
And make the purchase. Haha 1 person didn't have a clue then no one else even come over to assist me

Took my 90 year old parents to replace their dying computer. Staff were helpful, polite & respectful and not at all patronising to my parents. We were advised by a guy I think was called Shabs, who led us to some good deals and was very patient. Also thanks to Matthew who quickly fetched a chair for Mum.
