The member of staff that I saw was very friendly, helpful and sorted out my purchase quickly without any issues.Some of the appliances though in there are more expensive than else and it pays to shop around. However what I wanted happened to be in the sale and cheaper than else where at the time.

Needed a washer, went into currys, now I have ptsd and dealing with new faces and being in crowded places makes me feel uncomfortable. The member of staff that dealt with me noticed my veterans pin, and realised straight away what was happening with me, he got me a chair, sat me down and waited until I was ready to continue, No pressure, No rush and he even ushered people to other colleagues, "I was His concern and he made me feel that I was the only person in that shop.Highly "HIGHLY" Recommend, all I have is a number and a first name, so Assistant "55, Tony", Thank you Sir. My wife and I will be back.Thank You.

Went to store to buy tv. I spoke to 3 staff, all who according to recent tv advertisment need to eat more instructions!!!As no one knew what was what. I Got the dreaded retail reply?.?I don?t know!? Gave up?.Going home to order on line.

The store was friendly not to pushy the lady knew about the product on the other hand the delivery drivers were not so good it came across that he didn't want to do the job as it was a tricky one

I experienced absolutely fantastic service at this store today. Daran was very knowledgeable about the products and helped me choose a new laptop which suited all my requirements. Dave was great too he worked out a great deal including accessories and technical support. Then my laptop was set up by Ajay who was wonderful too. All staff were friendly, professional and showed me lots of respect considering my lack of technical ability! I will always use this store for any electrical or technical products I need to buy. Staff in electronics department were so helpful and knowledgeable. One young man even showed me how to use my Blue Light Card. He spent quite a while showing me which I really appreciated. He was fantastic.

Many staff are extremely rude and lack basic manners when interacting with customers. If you're busy or stressed or whatever may be the case don't take your problems out passively on customers. Sam on collection was incredibly rude to us today as well as another staff member previous in the week. However the lady on the Nespresso stand is a diamond and deserves a promotion. Only ordered because of her customer service and it was exceptional standard at that and she is the only reason this wasn't a 1 star review. Nespresso coffee lady 5* rest of the staff I incurred 1*.

What a shame Currys/PC World dont make returns as easy as Argos, Very and Amazon. A word of warning if your buying through the website and collecting in store. I bought a Freeview recorder online and opted to collect in store. I decided I no longer needed it, so as per the 30 days returns policy, I decided to take it back to my local store, were I foolishly expected that they would deal with the refund in store, like Argos would. I was told it had to be returned via the website. So I proceeded to the website, hoping that the returns process would be simple and automated, but I isnt. Amazon has the system spot on, go online, select Return, they give you a QR code, drop it off and done. Not with Currys, complete the form online, then wait for a human to approve the return, wait for a label, the wait upto 14 days for the refund. They were quite happy to take my money within seconds, but I have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Shame on you Currys, be like other retailers and automate the system.

Visited here during the black friday sales as I was on the lookout for 2 new Samsung TV's specifically 2 x 2023 43? QN90C Neo QLED 4K HDR Smart TV. They had the TV's in stock tho they were originally priced on the lable £200 more than what Samsung had them originally priced at before The Black Friday's sale price. This kind of felt that I was being misled into thinking I was getting a bigger discount than I actually was considering the price was over inflated £200 before the sale. Both Currys and Samsung had them at the same sales price during the sale, though it was still cheaper to buy them directly from Samsung with an extra 5% off plus free next day delivery by DPD.

Thank you Steph from Currys Teesside Park.Had a mind boggling time purchasing a coffee machine made so much easier thanks to Steph, she offered 5 star service and excellent advise on what had become a very difficult decision due to the massive choice of machines.Steph talked me through all the pro's and con's of different machines then made me the perfect cup of coffee from my chosen machine.Steph is a credit to the company.Thanks again ?

Good deal on Samsung tablet. Good price, nice item. Quite poor communication. Ordered online but got no notification of the item being at the store. Luckily don't live too far away. Arrived 3 days after order placed.
