Unfortunately when we were there it was a bit grubby. Not the girls fault who were on shift as they were busy. Needs more staff on a Saturday. Nowhere to put empty cups etc.
Another failure for Stockton high street as the high street is now a dump, full of beggars, immigrants and cheap shops.
Can't wait for the new park/ riverside area to open, knowing Stockton it will end up like New Yorks central park in the 80s.

Only thing that marks it down is that whoever is in charge of the franchise need to pay their bloody Internet bill. I sit in there to study and can never get a WiFi connection, but it's always so peaceful and quiet and deffo worth travelling 30 odd mile for coz the staff are amazing every single one of them- Amy and Katie are literally my best friends- they always listen to me and prove that hard work and interaction with customers can balance out.

I tried the new Caramel Nut Latte, and it was absolutely scrumptious. The staff are lovely,chatty, and welcoming and really look after their regulars. Plus this outlet allows dogs ?

A wonderful coffee shop with a great range of drinks. A little pricey but it's worth it. Always welcoming and friendly staff

Couldn't get served, despite the shop not closing until 4 and 4 staff members being clearly visible, they refused to serve us drinks to take away. When asked why even though they don't close for half hour, the response was we have stopped serving it gives us time to clear up.

Usually love this place, the manager is wonderful. Yet my visit today I had to listen to the staff behind the counter arguing about slagging each other off. My drink was nice but the atmosphere not so much

Costa Coffee Stockton-on-Tees is a good place to take breakfast. The staff are friendly and welcoming, they are fast and reliable in delivering their services. They practise disabled inclusion in which they have wheel chair parking space for people with disabilities.
