Lovely friendly staff, great food! The fresh cream doughnut was absolutely gorgeous. So soft and fluffy with a good serving of cream. I I wish I had purchased two! The cake selection just all looked so tempting I wanted to buy one of each. Will definitely be visiting Cooplands again when I am in the area.
Kid-friendliness: There are children's meal deal available. Recommend the ham roll as it is actually proper ham! Friendly all round and cute cookies etc available for children.
Wheelchair accessibility: Double doors are wide enough to fit a wheelchair through. No step either.

The staff were so lovely and friendly here, end of the day and still so much cheer. Just such a great atmosphere and feel when you go in that makes the food even better.Kid-friendliness: The staff were more than happy to ask about our baby and how cute he was. Made him feel very welcome ^_^

Bought the brown scotch rolls from the store in Stockton high street, got them home to find them all had mould on them. Thought they were suppose to be fresh ????? Obviously not.

Excellent quality food and outstanding customer service coupled with reasonable prices have made this shop one of my favourites faaaaaaar better than it's neighbour Greggs. Try it only once and then you won't be able to help going back there again and again.

Food in the "hot" shelf was stone cold, when i mentioned it was just told "oh" and they just carried on regardless.
This is probably company policy ie. absolute minimum heat you can get away with and keep the profit, have people forgotten that we have to pay vat on "warm" food? Great for a cold day, not!
