Took twin grandaughters to Stockton branch on Saturday 19th July, to have their ears pierced.
The 2 members of staff who dealt with the girls were AMAZING.
They chatted and joked constantly to the girls ,realising both ,were extremely nervous.
The procedure was carried out in a very hygienic,quick and organised way.
Would highly recommend this store .

Excellent service from the lovely ladies in this store. My daughter and her friends had their ears pierced today, they were super organised, super friendly and even though they were so busy we didn't feel rushed at all. Great experience!

Amazing customer service, had a really lovely experience with my daughter getting her ears pierced. The shop was clean and tidy, the atmosphere was very nice and calm. The lady serving and dealing with us was very informative, helpful and great with my daughter made us feel very welcome. The aftercare information, text message updates and emails are fantastic.
Will definitely go here again for another great experience

Ended up here by accident but when I spoke to Nicky on the phone I was instantly assured that this was the place I wanted to go to get my daughters ears pierced as she was extremely professional, knowledgeable, polite and jovial.
Once we arrived at the store we were greeted by Isabelle who was extremely polite and again was knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome.. even while my son was placing everything in the shop on the counter.
Once we got down to my daughters ears being pierced, they talked us through everything, with clarity, there was no pressure or upselling when it came to studs and were very good with our child. The procedure was then carried out with no issues, Nicky explained all the after care and all at a very good price.
Fantastic experience from this store and both colleagues that served us were exceptional. Will definitely use this store for any further piercings.

Had a appointment today at Willow Moon Guisborough with Claire Louise.
Had an amazing experience she first read my palm and was very accurate on the things she shared with me.
Next I had some messages from loved ones and these just blew me away as straight away she knew about a recent passing and connected names, a certain thing to this.
She then shared several other names and messages with me and All of them I could understand and take..she really is gifted.
Next was the card readings and these were again very apt and accurate to my current situation.

It's your small basic Claires shop. Clean and well stocked.
What made it stand out was the lovely lady who worked there. I rang early in the day with a bunch of questions about returns, she was so kind an helpful and even went out of her way to call me back to clarify something so I didn't waste a trip.
When I got there she could not have been more friendly and helpful. Plus it's a dog friendly store.
I don't have many reasons to go to Claires but if I ever need to go back I'll be happy to go here instead of online.

Had my daughter's ears pierced and the ladies were super kind, helpful and patient. The shop was busy and they were constantly multi tasking but never rushed us with making any decisions or getting them done. Amazing service ?

We went to pierce our twin girls ears in this place. Ladies were super friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
