My disabled brother was spat at and verbally abused after they gave him raw chicken in his parmo and he complained! Absolute outrage ! They have now lost a customer ! I will not stand for this !

Utterly poor quality. Chips were undercooked and completely unseasoned. Probably the worst burgers I?ve ever paid for that didn?t come from a van in my life. The audacity to call something a meat feast including bolognese and put less than half a teaspoon of each ingredient (down to the halved pepperonis!) and no cheese is, frankly, impressively inept. The half pounder chicken burger was quite literally a flat goujon in what I can only describe as a desiccant bread bun, liberated from any sort of sauce or dressing or garnish. The parmo burger is shockingly bad. Never again 0/10.

Manager refuses to sort out my very late delivery, just told me it should be with me in another 20 minutes and to call back Tuesday to sort it! Food finally turned up moussaka was quite nice tbh the chips not so nice. Driver also left the gate open!! If a gate is closed when you turn up close it on your way out. Also my food was upside down and grease everywhere!

Wafer thin parmo. Chips OK, salad definitely not fresh brown lettuce. In my honest opinion far better places and not really feel like I've had value for the money spent. Would I go again obviously not.

If Google gave the option of zero stars, this place would get it.Parmo?s fried in very, very well used veggie oil, surprised it didn?t set alight whilst they were shotting it together. Chips probably fried in same old oil, cremation would have been kinder to the poor potato!Cheese, well, there?ll be no cheers for that cheese, right queer tinge to it! Bech??? yous have been bech?er not using the stuff, absolutely rank!WHOLE MEAL WAS RANK! Why is hardly no decent takeaways left in Stockton??

The driver rang advising that he couldn't locate the property and didn't have time because he had other orders to deliver (apparently receiving mine wasn't an option any longer).. rang the shop, whoever answered also didn't have time as he was too busy dealing with customers in store (whos money they havent yet taken).. apparently, competency to follow a postcode and customer service isn't required to work here possibly dodged a bullet on the food with other standards so low.

I waited 1 hour before having the order being cancelled, I was told extremely briefly after cancellation that it was "Too busy fella" and promptly hung-up on. Poor price, poor service and no food in return.

Absolute rip off. £10 for a mixed kabab. My wife ordered chips cheese and mayonnaise. Charged £1.10 for for mayonnaise so my wife went with out. Stay clear.
