I went to Stockton Carpet right store 3142 recently and was delighted with the service given by Nathen Varey. From start to finish he was friendly, helpful and professional.He offered sound advise and explained in full how my choices may affect the final carpet and ways for it to be fitted.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Started off ok with Steve who was very helpful when we first walked in. Nothing but a nightmare after that with the fitting/fitters & quality of flooring. Absolute shambles, turns out the fitters can?t fit the flooring carpetright sell & do nothing but whinge about it. Nothing but problems from start to finish. Ended up with over 7k of awful flooring we hate. Shocking experience

I ordered carpet for my entire house and was told it would be ready in 2?3 weeks, which I was completely fine with. However, just three days before the scheduled fitting date, I received a call informing me that the carpet isn?t ready and that I?ll need to wait another 2?3 weeks. This last-minute change is extremely inconvenient and feels like a complete waste of time.

I like the fact that you don?t get hassled as soon as you walk in the door but when you walk over to speak to a sales person they notice you coming, keep looking at the desk and then speak out loud ?oh well, time for home? and then walk off.

After coming into Carpetright having no idea what we wanted, Steve H stayed on late one evening to help talk us through lots of different options with no complaints. He was very friendly and approachable and was just a general lovely guy to deal with. Thank you so much for all your help :)

The Service we have received from beginning to end was amazing! Mark the measuring guy was very professional when he came out to measure our floor and help us decide which flooring would be best for our house and the area we live as we live next to the sea. Paul did an outstanding job with our carpet and vinyl and John did an outstanding job with our laminate. Our home feels like a showroom and these guys made this happen
