Very kind friendly staff - non pushy sales unlike other companies, great prices good quality productsUpdating my review as I had an issueUnfortunately the carpet I chose was faulty, the lovely gentleman rang me to tell me I can no longer have the carpet due to a fault, however you can have another one that?s a tad more expensive for the same price I paid originally, I?m very happy and pleased with the new carpet, had it fitted by one of their fitters and it looks great, fitters were very professional left everything nice and tidyThankyou

8yr old me, was dragged carpet shopping when I should have been at home resting after a hard week at school. Instead of been bored I was entertained with the array of Rubix cubes whilst my mum picked a nice carpet for her bedroom. The kind staff members Steve and Diane gave me a chocolate to keep happy.Great shop, child friendly, amazing place to go if you want to buy a carpet. From Erin

Great service from the guy In there. He helped us out and honoured a previous quote my partner had whilst I was away at work. Went out of his way for us to get us in for delivery and fitting, definitely recommend!

Visited the store just before closing and the lady Christina was so patient and helpful. We will definitely be returning to order our stair carpet now she has explained clearly how we need to measure it. I hope she will be available when we return.
