Took a very long time to get our food (20-25 mins) and I couldn't really hear the person on the speaker, but made it up with the food! The food was hot and was definitely fresh, well as fresh as you can get in a fast food place. I loved the bacon cheeseburger!

Absolute dive, over ran with foreigners that can barly speak English, staff look at you like your the minority, what once was a great chain of restaurants is been overtaken by foreigners with 0 sense of urgency, further to that. Half the restaurant seating area is closed. Clearly because they can?t be arsed to clean up, embarrassing, sort it out Burger King.

Very poor experience. We?ve given this place the benefit of the doubt, 3 times. We ordered 2 burgers, 2 chips and 2 drinks. We waited in the drive through for 35 minutes, we drove off to realise we?ve been given only 1 burger. The young girl at the window with glasses was very friendly, however the service and food are always appalling..

I hadn?t had a Burger King in months, so we stop at the branch in Teesside park.
The place is awful, the staff can barely understand you. The toilets are like you?ve just walked into an old social club.
The food ??
How do they get away with it? Compared to the photos on the website!
After eating half of my so called chicken burger I decided to leave it. The missus got a double cheeseburger which he took back as it looked like a single, upon further inspection it turned out to be a double. The patty must of been 2mm thick and looked like it had sat there for days until someone finally came in and ordered one.
Now I realise why I stay away from these places, food inspectors must be getting back handers to keep these places open.

False advertisement,me and my mates were at this Burger King we wanted a Oreo ice cream because it was on the menu and the said they don?t have it and it?s not on the menu. APPALLING!!!!

Must be one of the worst Burger King restaurant i've ever visited....., the place had a dirty smell to it when you walked in (had to order it to take out as the smell was making me feel sick), it wasn't the cleanest of place either (no wonder there was only a hand full of people sitting in) service was very slow and when we told the girl behind the counter that we had a TASTE CARD discount card, she told us that they don't except them cos that branch was a franchise and not part of the group !! The food was just say warm and the burgers weren't the typical nice juicy burgers that you normally get (tasted like the ones you get a the fun fair), pale and lacking in flavour. Only good thing about it was the tomato ketchup cos that came in a sealed packed which they couldn't mess with. While we were stood waiting for our order, a guy came up and complained that he asked for a plain burger and what he got had everything on, she looked at him as to say ' that's what you ordered' took it off him, walked around the back, talked with another employee before just putting his order right....., then they just put his burger that he returned back on the hot counter waiting for the next sucker to come in a order it. Sadly say i won't be back to this branch....., should be closed down or some money spending on the place to bring it up to date.

I love Burger King however this exact one has many issues the building is showing its age the interior is also similar, most reviews talk about the food being bad and they are not wrong when you eat here your taking a gamble on having food that isn?t that good or having an edible meal the prices aren?t to bad around £8-£13 for a meal overall it?s not too bad just wouldn?t be my choice

Food is nice; I like the chips. But I am pretty sure that they don't let you use codes from the burger king app which is disapointing. Many don't do the reward codes for some reason.

Shocking! 20 mins to he served another 20 to get the food, it is a dirty horrible place, the staff have no guidance or clue what there doing, absolutely disgusting place.
