The shop is very welcoming i was greeted on entering. It is very clean and bright. A great range of frames at different prices.
Sarah and Geeta were especially helpful with information and advice of what to add to my lenses as I can't cope with bright lights

I walked into the boot store at Stockton-on-Tees high street to fix my glasses. Met Malcolm, he got my problem solved in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service by Malcolm and the boots team.

The appointment was delt with in a timely manner, the staff were friendly and they explained the processes that we needed to follow really well. They booked appointments for further tests and gave prices. They put us at ease and were very professional.
