I bought several items using the recycling scheme. After I left Boots Teesside Pk, I realised I'd made a mistake. I went back in and was helped by Regan. She was kind, professional, understanding & once my purchases were verified she rectified the issue quickly and easily. Great customer service!!

Had an appoint with my 87 year old mother on Thursday 7th August. Very nice Irish man (Kevin) helped us . He was absolutely fantastic with my mother and provided lots of advice and guidance . No hard sales and we both would give him 10/10 for service and knowledge . Mum will remain a loyal Boots customer . Highly recommended
