Ordered a delivery tonight from bengal lancer, having had food from here in the past was confident it would be good!!! How wrong, all food was cold, naan breads appeared to have been either dropped or pre chewed. Bengal special chicken was so bland, bhuna was swimming in oil. Overall not a great experience, won?t be revisiting

Massive disappointment!!! just placed an order for collection that came to £86 got home to find 3 of the curry?s were not what we ordered rang to ask for a new order because by the time they sent the correct 3 curry?s out the rest would have been freezing after the phone was past around a few time was told they won?t replace the full order just the curry?s that were wrong and we would have to go back in out to collect?. I spend a lot of money with this takeaway but never ever again terrible service and overpriced anyway time for a new takeaway

Foods nice. But a 15% increase is ridiculous. £40 for 2 basic curries, 2 rice, nann and chips. It's a takeaway not some posh restaurant. Getting way to expensive now. Never again.

Had a takeaway tonight as a treat was extremely disappointed curry had no flavour really bland with only two pieces of chicken the rest onion? not impressed for the price I paid for it ?.

Gave bengal another try this week! Curry was very bland, no spices or flavour, not your usual standard of curry, you really need to up your game & get it right, it's not as though it's a cheap takeaway, we did pick our order up ourselves to save it from being cold, no card machine working so had to go to a cashpoint to withdraw cash, but wasn't told this when placed order.

The food and service was very poor the last time we used them. But a update to this, we tried them again, very surprised as the food and delivery times were very good. Vastly improved.

The curry are now terrible and so are the nan breads they made me sick the night after, and the prices are now extortionate , the shop has went completely downhill.

Should have read the reviews before ordering.
The 2 stars are for the good chicken in the curry and delivery within the hour.
The rest was terrible!
Soft popadoms, greasy, sloppy chicken pakora, soft and doughy veg pakora, mint dip not mint, dry naan breads. Also the most expensive we have had. Will not be ordering again.
