Called in and spoke with Mike today, he was beyond helpful. Explained all the things to me to help me build credit (new to the UK and it's like starting over from scratch). He also set up my direct payments and spent the necessary time for me to thoroughly understand things. Thank you Mike, you are a god send.

I came I to branch today to remove a pack I no longer needed. I spoke to Mike who showed me how to do this digitally and also helped me retain my RAC cover through the breakdown app as this was still something I needed and would have struggled to do myself. On the back of this I had some concerns regarding POA which I didn't originally intend to discuss but was given the opportunity. As a result I am now more informed of what is required to achieve what I need to feel at ease and everything is taken care of as a result of Mike actions. I am extremely happy provided by Mike which is why I have given this rating

I miss the former bank and staff, as they were always friendly and professional, and always dealt with a suggestion or complaint in a nice manner.
I now choose to use the machine outside for more privacy and to protect my cash and bank details.
The owner shortly responded to this comment by inviting me to contact him online, but I already filed the complaint to the Barclays head office, who appoligized, but couldn't do much.

Very poor service, staff do not listen just wave you to the machines on the wall , had to wait again for help to use the machine as never used before. Coins are not cash??then had to go to the counter staff , waiting again to pay coins in?did not see the counter staff as hidden round the corner. Then directed back to front desk to enquire about ISA and bond to be informed needed to wait again. Total run around , felt like on a pinball machine. Felt like taking my business elsewhere.

From greeting, listening my problem to solving it and with smiling faces and helpful approach towards customers, I can say they are brilliant. Keep up the good work!
