Staff are awful any other B and Q are far far better. Staff are always lazy and rather rude. Some of the least helpful individuals I've ever seen. If you hate people don't work in a service sector ?

I wanted some stones to top off my planters as the birds were digging out the plants. I was directed to the building area. I spoke to Jack for advice and he was so helpful. He fetched a flatbread trolley and loaded it up for me as the sacks were very heavy. He gave me advice on storing and also to take care not to overload on the side where the seal is. He explained how to pull and steer as well as I?d never used one. After I had paid Louise helped me to get the trolley to the car and load the sacks into the boot.
Their help is so appreciated as I have not been in the best of health and I could not have made my purchase without their help. They are a credit to you company.

Went yesterday bought some door furniture, a black old style letter box flap, had been taped up and sticker said 'sold as seen'.
Now I aporeciate that and assumed screws were missing, (it was only a fiver)
However got home cut through all the selotape and it was actually broken, completely useless, the point is I think it is disgusting that a staff member of B&Q thinks it's ok to blatantly rip off a member of the public buy selling a broken item disguised to look functional.
It's not the fiver it's how LOW THEY WILL GO!!!

With B&Q Portrack you have to pick your time to get in and out quickly. I used Google to pick a quiet time to do a Click and Collect. My order was ready in the 15 minutes promised but Google told me to wait for a bit, so I did and the large car park was fairly quiet when I arrived. The collection point is clearly marked and my order was brought out for me immediately by the friendly staff. I was in and out in a few minutes. This is how I like to shop. My first Click and Collect order with B & Q, would definitely shop there this way again.
