Complete joke.
They don?t answer the phone no matter how many times or how long you ring, and they can?t tell the difference between tablet size and dose.
They then didn?t cancel my prescription properly so a different pharmacy were unable to access it. Beggars belief that Asda allow this to go on after so many terrible reviews saying the same thing.

Abysmal wait times. Always a long queue. While the counter staff are great, the pharmacy will get your prescription wrong and take another 20 mins to fix it and then still not give you your repeat prescription. Twice now I've had to go back because I noticed they hadn't included it. Absolutely furious, I was in the shop over an hour and spent maybe 5 minutes of that shopping, if that. Hire more staff. Please.

So yesterday rang 20 times and there was no answer. Today the line was busy and rang again and still no answer? What are they actually doing? Scratching there arses? It?s a joke of a pharmacy and i wouldn?t use them

This pharmacy has gone down hill so badly! I did my repeat prescription on Sunday got sent over on Monday 9am give them the three full days before pick up and they lie to your face and say it only came across the day before!
The majority of patients who will use the pharmacy request medications through an app that tells us when the prescription was sent across!
If you can't keep up maybe higher more staff as patients rely on their medication to be packed up on time without being lied to!

Quick to sort prescriptions but the pharmacist I don't feel like he's willing or wants to give advice as part of the signpost system that's been set up for the NHS.

Now takes 3 full days to complete a prescription. And they get snotty when you ask why.

Absolutely disgraceful as of late. Everytime you go in there is a queue long enough to warrent its own dedicated area within the store, to finally get to the front for them to say come back in 3 hours.I Don't know what they have done within the past few months but what ever they did they need to undo it. The attitude of the staff is awful, they seem to think its no big deal having to wait in line for over 30 minutes for medication I have been trying to get for 3 days from them, to the get told come back in 3 hours and think its an acceptable response to say well he is on his lunch break now.I have been going here for years and never had this type of service that I have received this past week.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Completely incompetent Pharmacists who can't read and understand a patient prescription and to top it off they make out the customer is a liar and has said completely something different. They then go on the blame the GP for not knowing what medication is available and saying that medication is out of stock from the supplier yet I go down the road to another pharmacy and they can get it from there supplier. Constant lies and incompetency is what you get from Thornaby Asda Pharmacy
