Waited a full day for delivery that never turned up despite paying online for it and £7 delivery, app said out delivering but nothing all day.
Contacted Asda who said driver was out delivering and had our order.
Contacted Asda again next day said we could have another delivery in a few days? No apology or explanation.
Delivery in a few days no good so awaiting full refund.
Can't recommend and customer service appalling

Ordered my Christmas shop 4 day's ago and paid a £7 delivery charge. Received an email this morning, no veg, changed most of the remaining order. When I phoned I received no help, 8 people are going to have their Christmas day dinner ruined, if they can't meet the demands then don't offer the service. Disgusted with the service and still waiting for a manager to call me back

Checked the chrismas opening hours which stated open, drove all the way there and it was closed with no opening times on the doors and I wasnt the only one who went there

I think some of your staff need an eye test and retraining. Man with family clearly looks older than 25, and he is refused alcohol lol looks like asda lost another customer absolute joke. I've just been back to asda for the first time in over a year, and it's got worse. The staff are very rude, and the tills are none existing, never again will I go to asda.

Though it was exceptionally busy the lovely oriental lady working on the till was really helpful and pleasant, she was efficient but took the time to help me with my app and using a voucher which I really appreciated. Sorry I don?t remember her name to give her proper credit. Asda Portrack 6 Dec around noon.

Asda is bigger than UK government.
They don't accept BRP card for I'd proof and ask me UK driving licence. And funny thing is Driving licence needs BRP ????
And I went another store they accepted my BRP.

Watch out! Piss on trollies!! Worst experience ever!!
The women on the self checkout is very rude doesn?t know how the systems work, when i tried suggesting her do something she ridiculed and left, but when i tried that it worked, also there was a guy peeing on the trollies, and i bought it to the security notice but they couldn?t care less.

I have shopped at Asda for 30 years and I will never go back not one member of staff on the tills I bought £190 worth of shopping and had to use self service because they would not open a till.

Asda are fabulous wherever you find yourself in the country, and this was no exception. Happy to recommend.
