The staff are brilliant. Special mention to the cafe, staff in there have a thankless task with rude impatient customers. Asda management should give these cafe staff a medal. Well done ? food hot and fresh. Can?t fault them at all.

Called in for a cuppa with my mother and husband, not many people in although it was lunchtime. There were only 2 people in front of me but it still took 20mins to get 3 teas. One young lad behind the counter, although he tried his best, he couldn't multitask, he stood and watched a teacake toast, instead of making the drink whilst it was in the toaster. There were other members of staff in the background that never came to help, what a way to run a business.
There is a sign attached to the till apologising to customers for the long wait, which was due to Primark opening and people coming from there to Asda to use the cafe, causing them to be overworked. What a poor excuse for bad service, and as the cafe was far from busy at the time the sign was very insulting.
I for one will not return and I will be passing the word to friends who frequent teesside park.

Went in Teesside Park Asda the staff were so slow I'm amazed they still are employed looked bored stiff , slow as they could go, it was painful ill never go back in.

I don?t normally go to Asda George but today I realised I won?t be going back. I wanted to purchase something specific and needed some information. I asked a young lady with dark straight hair, she was abrupt and walked off mid conversation. Terrible customer service. I understand people have things going on in their lives or have bad days. But don?t come to work if you?re going to be rude, it makes everyone else day bad. I suggest a manager perhaps speaks about having better manners and customer service.

A tremendous selection of products. The store provides excellent value. Great clothes at reasonable pricing. The staff was friendly. The toilets was clean.
