Came into the opticians today with my 3 month old son, he was a little unsettled but the staff wer absolutely fantastic. Lynne and Craig looked after my little boy whilst I had my eyes tested. They were brilliant with him.Paul the optician was also amazing and really knowledgeable as its the first time I've used asda for glasses.Cant thank lynne and Craig enough x

First class service from start to finish. Was told glasses would be ready in 2/3 weeks but got a text less than a week later to say my glasses were ready. Would highly recommend.

Self service help light is now tiny so goes unnoticed by staff. Situation made worse when your right infront of 2 members of staff but they are on their phones so don't see that you need help.
