Use to love it here but seen drastic changes with staff and vols. As a customer who can pick up the fact that there is new area manager to which things have gone down hill. The whole atomosphe and new staff make u feel. Uncomfortable always look glum and the young work experience placements is somethings im against. use and abuse

Whenever I visit Norton I always pop into this charity shop. I think it is very important to support the elderly in this country. I have had some fantastic buys from this shop; some great books for my children; a couple of CDs for my husband, and loads of clothes for me and the kids. They have a very large collection of ladies' clothing, ranging from a size 6 up to about a 26; however, as with all charity shops, this is basically other people's cast-offs, and some of the clothes are frumpy to say the least! This may suit some customers but I am only 28! However, like I say, this is a charity shop so it's always going to be a bit hit-and-miss. The staff are very friendly and helpful; some of the people who work there have special educational needs and it's great to see them working hard. The only issue I have found with this is that the last time i visited the shop a couple of weeks back I was practically leapt upon by one of the male members of staff who must have thought he knew me or something. I did find this a little intimidating although I understood that this wasn't his fault.
