Just had carpets fitted on the stairs this morning, staff were brilliant from chosing the carpet, to measuring, then the fitting. We work away every week so fitting on the saturday was perfect for us. Chris the fitter has done a class job, really nice lad, no mess, very professional. Absolutely over the moon, thanks guys.

Great service - only 2 weeks from initial call for measuring to carpets being fitted. The fitter turned up on time, was tidy, polite and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend

They guys in the shop couldn't have been more helpful. Helped with pricing and total measurements needed for both carpet and laminate flooring by measurements I provided that I'd taken myself. No complaints there.The fitting of the carpets? Different matter! There were 4 different areas needed carpeting; 2 bedrooms, landing and stairs. The guys didn't ask which carpet was to go in which area and NONE of the carpets were put in the required areas (paid (quite a lot) extra for the fitting service too). We also asked for an extra area fitted (inside of fitted wardrobe area) with one of the excessive amounts of cut offs that were left over. This was never done and all of the offcuts were left strewn about. One of the carpets which had been taken up in order to fit the new carpet was even found left in a heap in our bath!We've put some of the laminate underlay down, however their won't be enough to cover all the areas needed, don't know yet if there will be enough laminate to fit the areas as that won't be laid until next week, by ourselves, thank goodness! Will likely add to this review once that's done.

Cheap ish carpet place based in Stanley. Staff are very helpful and had had no issues historical with choosing and fitting of a carpet. It doesn't look great from outside but perfectly ok carpet shopping on the inside.
