I Donated some large crystal items, ladies brand new trousers with tags, 6 gold placemats and gold charger plates. various ornaments in excellent order. the girl looked at the other co worker shook her head and grabbed a basket and started throwing them into a basket.i though she was going to break the crystal. she looked at me in a terrible way. i will never donate to these ever again !!
