Normally quite reliable but today rather peeved as it?s the second time I?ve been to collect a prescription and found that only part of it has been retrieved by the staff member and I?ve not found out until I?ve got home. Upon ringing and checking with the pharmacy it?s ?Oh, yes, it?s here but in a separate bag, if you want to bob back and collect it ??Surely there must be a better system than this to confirm how many separately bagged prescriptions there are waiting to be collected rather than for the customer have to trek back out to collect the ?missed? item, especially if it?s not convenient for the customer to ?bob back? and collect it.This is now the second time this has happened and I?m getting annoyed now.
