Staff very friendly and helpful but unfortunately are unable to be competitive with some on-line prices, it had been cheaper by £100+ to Tenerife via on-line booking.Also had a challenge trying to book a package to Cuba for June 2024. We had been told there were actually no holiday flights at all into Cuba from April until September, but we do offer the Caribbean. We left the shop and booked an all inclusive holiday for 13 family members in Cuba for June 2024. I would prefer staff to be honest and share that as a company they are unable to offer any packages, not offer unsubstituted information.

Hays had a offer for Mexico on a Friday and I did not see it till Monday I asked about it on that Monday it took five days for Hays to tell me the offer had gone and it was me who phoned them.
