The pasty was cold, also said there was no hot drinks available so sat down in freezing cold with cold cans of drink 3 other people got told same hot drink machine is broken. Then 25 minutes later there friend walks in asks for a coffee and guess what they did it no problem. Very discriminating Greggs staff! Thanks for warming up vulnerable people on a freezing cold day not!!

It was too cramped inside, qué was hectic and the service wasn't good because the only hear a 3/4 of my order not 100% accurate.Kid-friendliness: They were kids there so it's kids friendly.
