Brilliant pharmacist! Came in with an extremely itchy rash/hives today. Male pharmacist said allergic reaction and prescribed an antihistamine and Eurax cream. That cream is amazing. Instantly stopped itch before antihistamine kicked in and lasts all day. Very good service and saved an appt at my gps.

Lazy staff, don't help pharmasist, always a massive que, and they text customers saying their tablets are ready for pick up and they are not, the poor pharmacist needs another pharmacist to help. Al's some of the staff are extremely rude.

Was sent a text message to say prescription was ready for collection. However when I got chance to collect at the weekend, they were closed.

For the Chemist?s pharmacist to refuse to adhere to the instructions of a prescription, which emanated from the clients medical history; through a consultant, doctor and the doctors pharmacist was very indicative of why the pharmacy was in chaos. The person in hand had to wait 8 hours before acute pain medication was dispensed, as it had been for the previous 4 months. In observation; the staff derived great satisfaction in attempting to egotistically empower their limited knowledge of the client, their stature in the circle, and the job they are required to do.
Speaking down to people in great pain and discomfort in the way they did appalled me, and it was openly apparent that this was not the only case. The job of the chemist?s pharmacist is not to question the knowledge and wisdom of the surgery and indeed the consultant. Their job is to administer the medication prescribed by those with full medical history and not leave the patient in pain for 8 hours. I presume this did not go down well with the medical centre and certainly hasn?t gone down well with the consultant or the patient .
The result being that today the patient has changed pharmacy and received the medication without any reservations at all. The way it is meant to be. I would suggest that Well?s as a company looked at staff training, more specifically the way they show lack of respect for their clients.
