Food was lovely, staff were very helpful and pleasant. There are constantly too few staff working though, particularly behind the bar, resulting in large queues and long waiting times to be served.

Visit here quite often and am finding the food to be not as good as it usually is. Ordered lasagna and found it difficult to eat some of it due to being hard. It's as if it was microwaved before coming out to the table ? It used to be really nice. We also got someone else's drinks added to our bill ? Always check from now on. Hopefully, 2025 will see an improvement.

So myself and a dear lady friend went for lunch on the28/9/24 the area is so beautiful post card like I bet it?s amazing when there snow on the ground as far the the place the food was amazing staff couldn?t ask more any more the price was really good too I would definitely recommend this place we are going back

We stood there with the motorhome last night and ate there in the evening. Food, service was absolutely great and everyone was really nice. The ambience is really nice, just as you would imagine an English pub ?. We would love to come back next time we visit England.

Such a heartwarming and lovely place. We stayed here for a night with our campervan and had some drinks in the pub.
We had a very warm welcome and felt very comfortable. Would definitely come back to stay, eat and drink.
