Ordered stuffed crust pepperoni pizza but when delivered told there was no stuffed crust available. Should have been told when we ordered. Also what was delivered was terrible with large crust?!

I'm a vegetarian and for some reason they advertise some dishes as vegan. Absulute fool of an owner thinks vg stands for vegetables and not the actual meaning... vegan. Thick/ignorant!

Ordered a parmo to collect from here, not for the first time but definitely the last. Arrived before it was ready and just as well, there is one member of staff who constantly looks "dirty" with greasy clothes and always looks flustered and constantly poking at his/her body under clothing, this member of staff actually dropped my food not onto the floor but onto the greasy clothing being worn, on noticing it had been dropped I challenged them as another member of staff proceeded to help the dropper to put the food back into the box both of them poking and prodding at the food with their bare hands/fingers at which point I told them and their boss that what they were doing was unhygienic, had it been a delivery order I suspect I'd have received it not knowing what they'd been doing ?
The boss man offered to remake the order freshly which I hesitantly accepted but still left the place feeling a bit disgusted, took it home left most of it as I felt nauseated ? at what I'd seen. Just looking at the attire of that one member of staff I'd drop their food hygiene rating to one star (they allegedly have a five star rating, I'll be checking that out and possibly reporting) two of the three members of cooking/preparation staff were clumsy and inept and imho unhygienic, I will not be using this takeaway again.

I have never tried here before. The owner was lovely and helpful so was the lady who served us. The food was lovely and hot. Large portions. The garlic sauce was great. I would definitely order from here again

The mrs just ordered food, half an order arrived, called straight away, told the rest of the order would be 5 minuets. 16 minuets later the rest of the order arrives, rest of the food is now stone cold! Waste of £20! Crap service! Had to reheat the food in my own oven at a cost! spoiled the lot, absolutly would not order again!
And the best thing is the delivery woman and the man on the phone when we rang asked us to leave a nice review!
Well here is your nice review for you terrible service!

Absolutely shocking. An hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Not good enough. Stop taking order if can?t provide a reaosnable time frame for delivery.

Ordered a parmo on their site. Arrived few mins earlier than estimated time and food was already boxed up waiting. Was already quite cold, especially the chicken and was a bit hard, not cooked enough, chicken was very thin. Threw most of it in the bin

We collect food from Pizza Heaven every other Saturday for a supported living service, each time we order its awkward as everything needs seperate payments and seperate receipts but the staff here have the patience of saints. Food is always hot and fresh, and ready within half an hour of ordering and we have never had one problem. Malik is so friendly and always takes the time to talk to his customers.
