Absolute breeze of an experience selling my home with Denise at Kan Move. Denise came to value my property at lunch time, it was on the market by 3pm the same day and a sale agreed in 8 days. Such a stress free experience! Any issues were resolved before I was even aware of them. I couldn’t have asked for a better service....

Kan Move are your local estate agency, based at 38 High Street, SPENNYMOOR covering the surrounding area -founded by Denise Banner, after working almost 30 years for high street corporate estate agents. She decided to create an agency with a more personal approach to customers. We have strict rules of conduct ensuring the very highest levels of customer care, service and property management, together with a professional approach. We appreciate that the process of buying and selling can be very stressful and we address this by really caring about each customer at every step of the sales process.
